The Schaffhausen Sauna Marathon has a logo!
The organization of the sauna marathon is in full swing.
On July 14, the organizing committee has already met for its 5th session.
The sauna marathon receives support from the city and canton of Schaffhausen. In addition to the Rhysauna, the following are also taking part: the KSS, the Wellness im Hotel Kronenhof, the Rheumabad and the indoor swimming pool in Buchthalen. Furthermore, Schaffhauserland Tourism has agreed to cooperate.
Association founded
For the organization of the Schaffhausen Sauna Marathon, a non-commercial association was founded on April 3, 2023 in the Rhybadi in Schaffhausen. The purpose article of the association statutes states: "The purpose of the association is the organization of the Schaffhauser Saunamarathon event."
Immediately after the founding meeting, the first meeting of the organizing committee took place.
Schaffhausen delegation takes part in sauna marathon in Estonia
A delegation from Schaffhausen will also take part in the Sauna Marathon, which will be held on February 17 and 18 in Otepää, Estonia. 11 people from Schaffhausen will fly to Estonia for this weekend. Winter capital of Estonia and form three teams there.
Participation in the Sauna Marathon in Estonia inspires the Schaffhausen participants to hold a similar event at home.
